"Whilst consulting Paul Kernaghan about pool fencing, we became aware of his landscaping business ‘Changing Paths’.
We were pleasantly surprised by the price as Changing Paths offered for landscaping and we were very impressed with Paul’s honesty and professionalism, we accepted his quote.
Our experience from then on with Paul and his wife Emma was fantastic. They both constantly kept us informed about the progress of the work re: deliveries and when the paving guys would be attending. If I was not home by the end of their day’s work, Paul would always leave me a detailed message on my phone as to what had been done and what was next on the agenda.
The paving team, were brilliant, very fastidious with their work, friendly and approachable. We have a four year old son and all of the team from ‘Changing Paths’ would interact with him, which was very much appreciated.
Throughout this time, we also asked Paul to do some additional work for us, such as paving our shed floor with our old pavers, doing our storm water and planting our garden. They did so without any hesitation, nothing was too much trouble.
We felt very lucky to have such a positive experience with the team from ‘Changing Paths’ because from past experience it is very hard to find good trades people, who provide such a high quality of work without overcharging and actually doing what they say they are going to do!
